Can I switch plans later?
Yes - you can review a plan change from Billing. Upgrades show the unused credit from your current plan before any charge is made. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle, so you keep what you already paid for.
What happens after my 7-day free trial?
If you don't choose a paid plan, SnapStaq may give you a 5-day grace period. During grace, your account and client stacks keep working while you renew. After grace, your account becomes restricted and client-facing stack links may become unavailable until you choose a plan. We never charge automatically without your approval.
Do you charge in Naira or USD?
All plans are priced and billed in Nigerian Naira (₦). No conversion fees, no FX surprises. We accept payments via local cards, bank transfers, and major Nigerian payment methods.
What counts toward my storage limit?
Original photo files, RAWs, and videos all count toward your storage. Auto-generated thumbnails and previews don't count — those are on us. Deleted stacks free up storage immediately.
What if I run out of storage?
You'll get an email when you hit 80% of your limit. You can upgrade to the next tier instantly, or delete old stacks to free up space. Nothing breaks — uploads simply pause until you make space or upgrade.
Can my clients download photos at full resolution?
Yes — on every plan. Full stack downloads use original, full-resolution files, and single-photo downloads can include Original when you enable that size. You can also disable downloads or restrict them per stack.
What's the difference between HD and 4K video?
Pro is HD only (up to 1080p / 1920×1080), which covers most wedding and event highlights and saves storage. Growth and Crew unlock 4K so you can deliver cinematic films at the highest quality. 4K files use about 4× the storage of HD per minute, so plan accordingly. Videos above 1920×1080 in either dimension are rejected at upload on the Pro plan — upgrade to Growth or Crew to deliver 4K.
What's Selection Sync?
After your client picks favourites in a stack, Selection Sync matches those filenames against the original folder on your computer — RAWs included — and copies or moves the picks into a named subfolder. RAWs never leave your machine. Available on Growth and Crew. Works in Chromium browsers (Chrome, Edge, Brave).
Who is Crew for?
Crew is for high-volume studios that need the biggest storage allowance, 4K delivery, Selection Sync, and room for larger client delivery workflows.
How do annual plans work?
Pay for 10 months, get 12 months — that's 2 months free every year you stay annual. You're charged once upfront and the discount lands automatically. If you cancel mid-year you keep access until the end of your annual cycle. No refunds for unused time, but you get to use what you paid for.
Is there a setup fee?
No. There are zero setup fees, hidden charges, or platform fees. The price you see is what you pay. Every plan includes a complimentary onboarding session.
Can I cancel anytime?
Absolutely. Cancel anytime from Settings - Billing. You keep access until the end of your current billing period, then any grace period applies. After grace, client-facing links may become unavailable and your account may be limited to billing, viewing existing data, deleting files, and exporting your own files until you reactivate.
What happens to my media if I stay unpaid?
If an account remains unpaid for 45 days after paid access ends, SnapStaq sends a deletion-pending warning. If it remains unpaid for 50 days, the account and storage-heavy media may be permanently deleted. That can include originals, RAW files, videos, generated variants, cached ZIPs, and abandoned upload/session files. Keep your own backup of files you cannot afford to lose.
